Projects Being Considered by City Council Once an assessment project has been completed, a public hearing is scheduled to allow the City Council to receive comments regarding the project. After the hearing, the Council may confirm the assessment charges or refer the assessment roll to a committee or to administration for further consideration. The projects listed below have either been scheduled for a public hearing, been referred for further consideration, or confirmed.

The following assessment rolls were referred to City Administration during the October 7, 2009 City Council Meeting in order to give staff an opportunity to explain the assessment process and billing procedures to several of the property owners.
